Laura Ashley Petrich and Michael Richard Fessler were married Jan. 12, 2008, at Christ Presbyterian Church, Edina.

A reception was held at Embassy Suites in Bloomington.

Parents of the couple are Joseph and Robin Petrich of Eden Prairie and Peter Fessler and Laurie Dezenzo of Apple Valley.

The maid of honor was Catherine Petrich of Eden Prairie. Bridesmaids at the wedding were Juliette Morache, Tracy Lossing, Alex Waters, Lisa Redwolf, Stephanie Fessler, Jessica Hall and Cassie Gross. Personal attendant was Alicia Shoemake.

Best man was Joseph Fessler. Groomsmen were Richard Fessler, Jeffrey Petrich, Pat Dea, Taylor Wilson, Jacob Witte, Noel Sweeney and Brad Fessler. Ushers were Ben Peterson of Bloomington, Josh Hansen of St. Paul, Jonathan Anderson of Burnsville and Jacob Neis of Eden Prairie.

Ring bearers were Michael Gross and Spencer LaRue. Flower girls were Allie Gross and Katerina Miller. Officiating the ceremony was the Rev. Brad Jackson.

Laura Ashley Petrich attended Eden Prairie High School and Minnesota State University, Mankato. She is a student teacher.

Michael Richard Fessler attended Apple Valley High School, Normandale and California State University Bakersfield. He is a scheduler at Minnesota Gastroenterology.

The couple honeymooned in Mexico on a mission’s trip and is residing in Bloomington.
