Michael and Lisa Heuer of Eden Prairie announce the birth of their daughter, Ella Rose Heuer, on July 15, 2007, at 10:24 a.m. at Fairview Southdale Hospital in Edina. The baby weighed 6 lbs. 4 oz. and was 21.5 inches long. She has blue eyes and blond hair.

Grandparents are Kathy Heuer of St. Paul, Minn.; Marvin Heuer of Toronto, Canada, and Ron and Ruth Ostby of Thief River Falls, Minn.
