Attending Mount Holyoke

Jacqueline Hoffer of Eden Prairie has begun her first year at Mount Holyoke College, the oldest institution of higher education for women in the United States.

Jacqueline is the daughter of Cletis and Julie Hoffer and a graduate of The Blake School. She played varsity golf, played the euphonium in the band, and was a member of the drama club, the international club, and the German club. Her other activities included tutoring new Americans and playing in the handbell choir.

Touring with Concordia Orchestra

April Wickland, daughter of Ward and Peggy Wickland of Eden Prairie and a sophomore at Concordia College, Moorhead, will tour the upper Midwest Oct. 26-Nov. 4 with the internationally acclaimed Concordia College Orchestra.

The tour concludes with a home concert at 4 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 4, in Memorial Auditorium, Concordia College.
