Eden Prairie High School is excited to announce the hiring of Troy Elmore as its new Head Wrestling Coach. Elmore is currently an employee in the Eden Prairie School system, working at Central Middle School.

Elmore brings a strong background of wrestling experience to the EPHS program as he was an outstanding wrestler in high school (South Carolina) where he was a two-time state champion. He wrestled in college at both the junior college level (Lassen Junior College) where they were two-time National Team Champions and at the college level (University of North Carolina at Pembroke) where he was the two-time Tar Heel Classic Champion.

Elmore has been an assistant coach at Hopkins High School the past five years where he received Assistant Coach of the Year honors in 2007.

Elmore will be assisted by returning assistant coach Kraig Carlson and another assistant to be determined soon.
