An Open Letter to the Eden Prairie Postal Workers:
When I first moved to Eden Prairie 10 years ago, I was amazed at the efficiency of the EP Post Office. Even when there would be a long line, I was always confident it would move quickly, and it did! I don't know what has happenend in the last couple of months, but besides some new workers (one of which is incompetent), the general morale, even among the long time employees seems to be at an all-time low. I have heard rumors that the problem is a new administrator. Whatever the problem is, my question to the postal workers is--what can we, as EP residents do to help? You are obviously not happy, and we, the customers are not happy about the slow service--let's work to solve this problem: do you want us to call or write to the administrator, the higher-ups? Just tell us!
