I do believe that Jerry Pitzrick has got it going on. As I listened to him all I could think of was orange juice from frozen concentrate (with pulp).

In listening to Jenifer Loon, while not as flashy as Pitzrick, her message had substance.

I must not have listened to the same clips as you, big food. Where was the substance in Loon's comments? She's going to bring her government experience to help teach us idiots how to run St. Paul. Is it experience we really want? She was a paid lobbyist for the Associated Builders and Contractors working to break unions and then spent five years as a paid lobbyist working to make it easier for debt collectors to intrude in people's lives. Is that the type of experience you value? I surely don't. I value what Jerry brings to the table. Small business owner who seeks to resolve issues with practical solutions.

Interesting that bigfoot would consider knowledge and experience to be akin to orange juice. I think Jerry sounds reasonable, and he offers specific solutions to issues that face the state and our community. I like the idea that he has such a length of experience in engineering, and since one of the biggest issues facing us today is transportation, I think his background enables him to understand the documents and specifications that such projects produce.

I also like the fact that Jerry has been on our city planning commission. I think all of that, plus the fact that he has so many years working to create positive solutions in the business community as a small business owner makes him a perfect fit for the state legislature.

So Jenifer Loon was a paid lobbyist for the debt collection industry?! How does that help our community? I don't like that at all.
