By Leah Shaffer

Mark Jundt, a business lawyer, and wife Jennifer, who’s spent years as a Starbucks manager, combined their talents to open JJ’s Coffee Company and Wine Bar in Eden Prairie four months ago.

“It was kind of a blend of our experiences,” noted Mark.

JJ’s is a blend in more ways then one. The shop, located in a tucked away corner of Lone Oak Center aims to be both a comfortable coffee shop and intimate wine bar. Its menu includes breakfast sandwiches, custom coffee drinks, baked goods and, for the wine and beer end of the spectrum, an extensive list of wines, beers, comfort-food appetizers and flat-crust pizzas.
