Between 6 p.m. June 3 and 12:33 a.m. June 4, someone broke into a residence on the 9000 block of Massie Curve. The upper bedroom windowpane was shattered and $780 in property was stolen.
Between 10 p.m. June 1 and 6 a.m. June 2, someone stole items from a vehicle parked in a residence on the 11000 block of Welters Way. The stolen items included a set of golf clubs valued at $1,100 and $100 bag.
A 29-year-old Eden Prairie woman was assaulted during an argument with a friend at her residence, on the 16000 block of Terry Pine Drive, at 10:45 p.m. June 9. As he was leaving, the male friend lunged at the victim with a potato peeler, stabbing her in the hand between the thumb and forefinger. The victim did not want to press charges.
Between 1:30 and 7 a.m. June 12, someone entered an open garage on the 16000 block of Clay Cross Way and stole a $15,000 laptop and $300 GPS from an unlocked vehicle. A neighbor later recovered a $40 bag belonging to the victim.
THEFT, CRIMINAL DAMAGE
Sometime between November 2008 and May 13, 2009, someone broke the windows of a construction vehicle, leaving $3,000 in damage.
At 8:37 p.m. on June 13, someone left $2,459 in damage to the trunk of a vehicle parked on the 9000 block of Gateway Lane. The suspect is likely a juvenile that the victim knows.
Between 10 a.m. June 13 and 7:30 a.m. June 15, someone stole a vehicle from BG Automotive, 7667 Equitable Drive. The vehicle, a 2002 Ford F150, was valued at $8,000.
Between 3 and 4 a.m., someone stole a rental vehicle parked at an Eden Prairie hotel, 11325 Viking Drive. The rental vehicle’s driver had brought a woman back to his hotel room but fell asleep after the woman went to get ice. The woman never returned and the next morning the keys and vehicle were missing. The rental car was later recovered in Minneapolis.
