Minnesota State Patrol has released the names of the individuals involved in a fatal crash on Highway 212 just outside of Carver Thursday morning. Luallen Kettner, 73, of Chaska was the driver of the vehicle that struck and killed 47-year-old construction flagger Leo Kuisle, of Stewartville. The incident occurred just before 7 a.m. Thursday on Highway 212 near Mount Hope Road. According to the State Patrol, the flagger was holding a stop sign when he was struck by Kettner's 2004 Ford Excursion SUV.
