Two Eden Prairie teachers were recognized as "TIES Exceptional Teachers" at the group's Education Technology Conference Dec. 9.
Marisol Alcazar-Gerszewski and Nathan Gabel from the Eden Prairie School District were among 67 teachers from 33 districts to receive the honor.
According to a news release, "The teachers were chosen by their superintendents for the TIES Exceptional Teacher award, which recognizes teachers who model the best practices in using technology in their classroom and engaging students in learning."
