The chamber is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year. In 2008 the business organization held 125 programs and events, attracting more than 5,000 attendees, according to a recent newsletter. The chamber has planned several upcoming events, including a Legislative Luncheon from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, Feb. 27, at Biaggi's; a Familiarization and Trade trip to China in March and the Home, Landscape and Garden Everything Spring Expo from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, March 21.
