Back to page topFor those of you who do not know much about Q Comp. Here's some info:
* The Quality Compensation program is an alternative teacher pay system that has been in place in Eden Prairie for a year. Under the Q Comp program, pay increases are based more on performance then seniority.
* Eden Prairie was the 15th district in the state to receive approval to adopt the Q Comp program
* 35 School districts and 14 charter schools in the state receive funding for Q Comp.
* Districts receive an additional $260 per student to fund the program.
