Crumb Gourmet Deli recently opened at the Lone Oak Center (near Highway 5 and Mitchell Road). Earlier this year, Cosi and D Brian’s Deli and Catering opened near Eden Prairie Center. Looks like the upper crust sandwich shop reigns in Eden Prairie. I can pretty much live on cold sandwiches during the summer months. My personal favorite is Jimmy Johns, which actually doesn’t have a branch in Eden Prairie. Anyone want to share their favorite place to grab soup or a sandwich?
