Where to eat? Eden Prairie has a pretty good variety of restaurants, but there’s room for more.
Cosi has opened over at the former Zeno space. D. Brian’s Deli and Catering will be opening soon near SouthWest Station.
At the same time, there are a couple empty restaurant spaces near Eden Prairie Center. Chevy’s Fresh Mex (8335 Crystal View Road) and Naar Grille (11528 Leona Road) have been empty for a number of months. What would be a good fit for those spots?

Back to page topThe newly built retail area near Highway 5 and Mitchell might also get a pizza restaurant and a drive-thru coffee shop.
Since I mostly try to subsist on pizza and coffee, this works for me.
I also second that BBQ remark.
