From a story in Finance & Commerce: "The under-construction Bobby & Steve’s Auto World store is among a handful of noteworthy retail projects in Eden Prairie.
"Nearby the $4.2 million, 19,000-square-foot Bobby and Steve’s Auto World, which is under construction at 8100 Flying Cloud Drive, the city will soon get a $6 million, 236,000-square-foot Menards store.
"Also under way in the suburb: A $6 million Walmart remodel, a $3 million to $4 million remodel for the Margaret A. Cargill Foundation, and a $1.5 million effort to turn a Krispy Kreme into a bank.

The Eden Prairie City Council is set to meet on Tuesday, and apparently the agenda isn't chicken feed. Or maybe it is.
City Manager Scott Neal writes in his blog, "At our City Council meeting next week, we will have a resident speak to the council in order to ask the council to loosen our ordinance to allow urban chickens. The council hasn’t had any discussion or debate about the question yet, so it’s premature to speculate on where this question might end up in Eden Prairie. But we, like many cities across the country, will be having The Chicken Question discussion."
